Hot Pressed Boron Nitride (HPBN) Gaskets are precision-engineered sealing components made from high-purity hexagonal boron nitride powder through a vacuum hot pressing process. These gaskets offer exceptional thermal resistance, chemical inertness, and excellent electrical insulation. Unlike conventional gasket materials, HPBN gaskets remain stable at extremely high temperatures and do not react with most molten metals, acids, or other corrosive substances.

Thanks to their non-wettability and machinability, HPBN gaskets are ideal for use in high-temperature furnaces, semiconductor manufacturing, vacuum equipment, and other demanding environments where conventional gasket materials would fail.
